  • A UI/UX design firm, based in London, UK, and the sponsor of the Industry Design Project. They provided project details and guidance throughout the 5-week process.

  • The focus of the IDP is the FLIR Portal, a platform supporting the deployment and management of various Teledyne FLIR products, such as infrared cameras and related accessories.

  • Design system

  • Figma design files

Challenge:

  • Conduct usability testing and generate reports across multiple feature flows

  • Optimize UX for two key areas: FCP product and Every Camera course

  • Standardize front-end UI, typography, and font usage<<

  • Design a new product release landing page similar to Apple’s macOS Sequoia page

  • Create a sustainable UX process for collecting release info and publishing updates

  • Design of UX/UI for new 2025 features and ad-hoc business needs

Goals:

  • Improve consistency and usability across the platform

  • Generate clear insights from usability testing

  • Map and optimize user journeys for key product areas

  • Establish a scalable system for communicating feature releases
